ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME & CHARGES
 Working days exclude weekends and Public Holidays.  Additional days may be required for areas out from major cities.  For international delivery, shipping costs will be calculated on the website automaticallyduringCheckout based on your shipping country and the weight of the items you are purchasing.  The Gospel Walk is not responsible for courier delays, but will be responsible for courier damages. If you do not receive the parcel within the shipping time stated above, please contact uswithinthenext two working days at gospelwalk2020@gmail.com so that we can check withthecouriercompany. Any parcel that fails to be delivered will be kept in the courier warehousefor upto7daysand they will be returned if no one pick them up within 7 days. If you do not contact usbeforethereturn, you will need to cover the second shipping fee for your parcel. TRACKING NUMBER
You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shippedout. Wenormallyshipout orders within 3-4 working days upon completion of product.  You may check the status of your order by logging into your account.  “Unfulfilled” means your order is still being processed by us.  “Fulfilled” means your order has been shipped out and you may get the trackingnumber viaemailormessage.
IMPORT DUTY CHARGES
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destinationcountryandthesecharges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control overthesecharges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions relatedtocustomscharges, you are advised to contact your local customs office. DURING PROMOTION PERIODS/HOLIDAYS(HARI RAYA, CHRISTMAS, 11-11, BLACKFRIDAY)During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping because courier companieshandlemoreparcels than usual.
